Public Housing

Our firm is one of the few that maintains a dedicated subdivision for public housing, and our Public Housing Team has over 20 years of experience in public housing work. In that time the experts of our firm have developed vast experience in performing existing conditions inspections, work write-up inspections, cost estimates, construction drawings and specifications, pre-construction inspections, construction monitoring, and completed work inspections.

As Project Architects, Project Managers, Construction Inspectors,  Modernization Specialist and Modernization Coordinators, we have overseen over $36,000,000 worth of HUD funded construction at numerous public housing authorities. With our extensive experience we have developed the specialized experience, and the resources, necessary to execute your project within budget and on schedule.
